Ingredients for Keto Tacos
For Taco Shells With Cheese
2 spoons of Cheddar Cheese
For Taco Meat
1 pound beef mince
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning (homemade)
1 quart of water
Taco toppings include Optional: sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc.
Keto Tacos Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ℉.
- Place 1/4 cup cheese clumps 2 inches apart on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make a single layer of cheese and gently press it down.
- On a baking sheet, bake the cheddar cheese for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the edges are brown.
- Allow the cheese to cool down for about 1-2 minutes or until it is firm but still flexible. Raise the cheese and balance it on two cups with the base of a spoon or other instrument.
- Begin by removing the cheese from the oven after it has cooled. While the cheese taco shells are baking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until completely done.
- Before adding the taco seasonings, remove any oil from the meat. Fill the skillet halfway with water and stir everything together.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. It is now feasible to fill taco shells using meat as well as other taco seasonings.
Tips
- In your cheddar cheese taco shell, you can also add spices. You can include cumin and chili powder in your recipe because they are delicious for tacos.
- The cheese circles must be the same size and thickness. Otherwise, some may get finished before others, which would be inconvenient.
- To get the timing perfect, you’ll have to arrange the tacos at once. As a result, while the cheese is in the oven, get the glasses and spoons prepared.
- The cheese won’t be malleable enough to make the firm keto taco shells if left for too late. However, you need to wait for 45-60 seconds for the cheese to cool completely. It will remain pliable but not fall apart in this manner.
- Keto taco shells don’t hold up properly when reheated. When the cheese starts to melt, it loses its form.
